Every year, Allianz Global Investors, a global investment platform with specialists for a wide variety of asset classes and investment styles and one of the leading providers of sustainable investments, brings together its capital market experts for a kick-off event.

This year, the main focus was on sustainability and actively managed products that are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

For the first time, the event took place in digital form due to the pandemic. From the top floor of Allianz Global Investors in the middle of the Frankfurt skyline between the ECB and the Bundesbank, I had the great pleasure of hosting this event together with Florian Blümlein. Among the high-level speakers from top management was President of the Board of Directors for Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs AG, Andreas Kanning, and CEO of Allianz Global Investors Tobias Pross.

Supported by two excellent musicians from the duo Neuton and the sportive and healthy input from Lara from Rückenschule in Hamburg, the participants experienced a content-rich and varied program.
