A chocolate parcours

The combined sales force of the Bremer Chocolade Manufaktur Hachez and Feodora met in February 2011 for their annual conference.

In a highly challenging obstacle course, the participants had to solve different tasks concerning the lifecycle of a cocoa bean. As the host of the conference and subsequent awards ceremony, I had the privilege of spending the day amongst the finest chocolade delights, supported by the creative lead of the Bremen based event agency JOKMOK – a sweet pleasure.

Winning energy together

The sun provides 15.000 times more energy than the we currently need, every single day. But the direct use of solar energy currently provides only 0.15% of that energy need. Impressive numbers that show the enormous potential of solar energy.

“Winning energy together” was more than a motto for this year’s Phoenix Solar partner days. On two days in February, I had the privilege of hosting the conference with internationally renowned speakers from the solar industry, speaking about new trends, products and services that will help change the world.

Wincor World 2011

Over 7,000 visitors from banking and retail industries in over 90 countries came to Paderborn in January for  Wincor World 2011 to get information about the latest trends in cash cycle management.

I was honored to be invited again to host the forum on the big stage in the auditorium. International speakers, interviews with board members from Wincor Nixdorf and interactive presentations made this year’s Wincor World yet another exciting adventure.

The creative and technical direction by the outstanding team from Head Of Event made the experts forum a great success.

Fujitsu VISIT 2010

More than 8.000 visitors from 64 different countries came to Munic for this year’s Fujitsu VISIT 2010.
As in previous years, I had the privilege of working as a host alongside my collegue Verena Wriedt and the great team from Head of Event.

The presentations this year were focused on “Cloud Computing” and Fujitsu showed the manifold possibilites for saving time, money and most of all energy, because “Green IT” is and will be an important topic in the IT industry. Utopia Conference 2010

In the charming malt house in Berlin, the 3rd Utopia conference was held from 27-28 October, 2010.
This year, I had the honor and immense pleasure of co-hosting the event with my wonderful colleague Britta Sander.

For two days, internationally renowned speakers like Bianca Jagger, René Obermann, Renate Künast and Hannes Jaenicke presented their ideas, visions and projects for a more sustainable world. In front of 500 guests in the audience and over 10.000 watching the online live-stream, the speakers discussed how all of us can contribute to a better world through a fair and sustainable lifestyle.
